We're looking for a Product Management Intern to join our New Products – GenAI team. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to state-of-the-art GenAI-powered products and witness a true 0-to-1 product journey.
You will be part of the team responsible for bringing the next phase of growth in the Generative AI space — helping shape how organizations leverage AI to simplify and scale L&D content creation and interactive practice experiences. You’ll learn how to build impactful AI-powered experiences by understanding real user pain points and iterating quickly.
From week one, you'll be building, shipping, and iterating — with full access to the latest AI stack and a team that's already AI-native.
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to discovery efforts — identify L&D content creation challenges through user interviews and market research
- Collaborate with PMs and engineers to experiment with GenAI tools and frameworks
- Support the creation of PRDs, user stories, wireframes, and prototypes
- Participate in quick experimentation cycles and learn how to validate product hypotheses rapidly
- Work closely with design and engineering teams to bring features to life
- Monitor product usage and feedback to iterate and improve
- Help define success metrics and evaluate product performance post-launch
- Help set up and streamline processes to ensure the content authoring team can deliver on-demand AI-generated content on time — including request intake, prioritization, prompt engineering, review workflows, and turnaround tracking
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in product — B2B SaaS preferred. You've shipped, not just specced.
- Scrappy by default — you find a way where there isn't one
- Already building with AI tools — agents, prompts, maybe vibe-coded an automation or two. You don't need to be taught the stack
- Comfortable talking to users and turning messy conversations into clean decisions
- Strong written communicator — crisp PRDs, not 12-slide decks
- Familiarity with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs,claude, google AI studio etc), analytics (Power BI / SQL), and product tools like Jira, Figma, and Postman
