about the role
As Events and Webinar Marketing expert, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of marketing-related physical and virtual events to promote our brand and SaaS products. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills, creativity, and a strong understanding of core marketing principles.
key responsibilities:
Event Planning and Execution:
Plan and manage end-to-end logistics for marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of events.
Develop timelines, budgets, and project plans for each event.
Post-Event Follow-Up & Reporting: Manage all post-event activities, including lead data sharing with RevOps for scoring, coordinating follow-up emails and recording distribution, and monitoring performance metrics for strategy refinement.

Brand Promotion:
Ensure brand consistency in all event materials and activities.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing event collateral.
Lead Generation:
Work closely with the sales team to align events with lead generation goals.
Implement strategies to capture and qualify leads during events.
Performance Analysis:
Promotion & Reporting: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across channels, and monitor key metrics (registration, attendance, performance) for regular reporting and strategy refinement
Track and analyze key performance metrics for each event.
Prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure seamless event execution.
Build and maintain relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.
the ideal candidate
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience with at least 3 years’ experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a B2B marketing role.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in working with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
Familiarity with social media platforms and their use in event promotion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
