Disprz Solution Analyst
We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Solution analyst with proven experience and a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.
You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels. Measures of success include high quality demos, new customer acquisition rates, up-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Key Responsibilities:
Leverage your strong presentation skills and your hands-on “make it happen” mentality, and you will clearly articulate Disprz’s solution advantages to customers and partners through effective presentations and demos
Be the initial technical advisor for our account teams, partner teams, prospects, and clients during the Disprz sales cycle
Maintaining the demo instances and setting up specific use-case or workflows that are contextual to the client requirement, based on the discovery call
Regular updates of the pitch deck, and documenting the client requirements for customisation will be validated by the solutioning / implementation team.
Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, solutioning and implementation
Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues, as well as possible solutions, to upper management.
Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity
Required Skills and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in solution selling/pre sales for SAAS Products
Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and selling skills.
Excellent techno-functional and problem-solving skills.
Good leadership and teamwork skills.
You thrive with presenting complex technology to business + technical audiences and key decision makers.
Added advantage if the candidate has experience of working with any of the HR technology products like HRMS solution, Employee engagement solution, LMS, Talent management solutions, and recruitment platform solutions
Experience in corporate learning and development is a plus
