POSITION OVERVIEW
The Marketing Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital and print assets that communicate our brand’s mission & value proposition. This is an excellent opportunity for creative emerging designers who are eager to grow their design skills in a collaborative, fast-paced, environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing and engaging digital and print marketing materials, including social media & web site graphics, email campaigns, e-books, presentations
- Design & engage sales collateral that supports prospecting and customer marketing, and ad hoc company projects
- Modify and adapt existing materials to improve engagement and align with the visual identity
- Collaboration and Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute design projects
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative, creative ideas for projects
- Work closely with marketing managers, incorporate feedback, and ensure timely delivery of design projects
- Brand Consistency
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials, adhering to established style guides and brand standards
- Tools and Technology
- Stay up to date with design trends and best practices
- Leverage AI to support the design process
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Graphic Design
- Effective use of design tools to create digital and print materials
- Practical application of design principles to create visually compelling, functional, and communicative marketing assets
- Strong attention to detail and keen eye of aesthetics and visual details
- Collaboration and Communication
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
- Time & Organizational Management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capability to scope design time appropriately so project timelines are accurately established at the onset
- Ability to proactively engage team members to ensure alignment on design requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 4-6 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Proficient in Canva
- Experience with AI design tools
- Experience with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Experience in video editing or animation (Adobe After Effects) is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced environment
- Active listening and creative problem solving
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A portfolio showcasing creative projects (academic, personal, or work-related)
- Knowledge, experience and an overall curiosity leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) for optimization of business practices
Reports to: Senior Brand Manager
Department: Marketing
Supervisory Responsibilities: Individual Contributor
Salary Range: $75,000+ commensurate with experience and qualifications.
