Are you a passionate, organized, and problem-solving professional who thrives in dynamic environments? We’re seeking a Student Success Manager who will be the heartbeat of our students' educational journey. In this role, you’ll be the key driver of student satisfaction, ensuring our programs meet the highest standards of excellence. Whether you’re guiding students, supervising our teaching teams, or enhancing the overall student experience, you’ll be integral to the success and growth of Ironhack.

• Be the Go-To Guide: Serve as the primary point of contact for students from onboarding to graduation, fostering strong relationships and providing personalized support throughout their journey.
• Supervise the Teaching Team: Supervise and support our instructors and TAs, ensuring they are prepared and aligned with our educational goals so that every class succeeds.
• Master the Onboarding Experience: Create a seamless and welcoming onboarding process that sets new students up for success from day one.
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Gather and act on feedback from students and teachers, collaborating with our education team to keep our curriculum cutting-edge.
• Resolve Challenges: Proactively address conflicts or requests, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment for students and staff.
• Celebrate Achievements: Host graduation ceremonies that honor student accomplishments, and issue certificates that mark the beginning of their next chapter.
• Elevate B2B Programs: Own the student experience for our B2B programs, ensuring every aspect of program delivery meets the highest standards of quality.
• Collaborate to Elevate: Work closely with Lead Teachers, TAs, and the Careers department to enhance the student experience and outcomes.
