#About the position

We're committed to giving recent Saudi graduates of our UX/UI design bootcamp the resources they need to find the jobs they want.

During our intensive 2-week "Career Week" program, we provide participants with the tools, resources, and confidence needed to kickstart their careers. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Career Coach to guide and mentor our graduates through this critical stage.

As a Career Coach for our "Career Week" program, you will play a pivotal role in helping recent graduates prepare for their job search. You will work closely with participants to enhance their employability by providing personalized career advice, conducting workshops, and offering one-on-one coaching sessions. Your goal is to equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to navigate the job market successfully.

#Project Dates

• Full-time availability from 27 October to 7 November 2024
• Format: Full-time, Sunday to Thursday from 9:00 to 17:00 (KSA time)

• Based in Riyadh
• Travel and accommodation expenses are taken care by us

#Responsibilities:

• Workshops: Design and deliver engaging workshops on topics such as networking, personal branding, job search techniques, and career planning.
• Career Resources: Develop and distribute resources, such as resume templates, interview guides, and job search checklists, tailored to the needs of recent graduates.
• Job Search Strategies: Guide participants in identifying job opportunities, using job search engines, and leveraging professional networks like LinkedIn.
• Individual Coaching: Provide personalized one-on-one career coaching sessions to recent graduates, focusing on resume building, cover letter writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Motivation and Encouragement: Inspire confidence and motivation in participants, helping them overcome any job search-related anxieties or challenges.

#Must haves:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Career Coach, Career Counselor, or in a related role, preferably with a focus on working with recent graduates or young professionals.
• You have already worked in the Middle East area or with Middle East companies - you know their culture and the market specificities
• Strong knowledge of current job market trends and hiring practices (in the Middle East).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and tailor advice to individual needs.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for virtual coaching and workshops.
• Fluent in English.
• Empathetic, patient, and encouraging, with a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
